In 2013, Angelika Rauch co-founded tbw research, which she led with great success in the mobility sector as managing partner until the end of 2025. She designs and leads innovative, implementation-oriented, and interdisciplinary projects for sustainable mobility solutions, leveraging her expertise in the sociodemographic aspects of mobility behavior while taking DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) considerations into account.
