The BieM4Future Tirol 2020 conference took place at Schwaz in Tyrol from 6th to 7th October 2020 – dealing with the topic of „eMobility – Implementation and new solutions“.
The conference was held as mixed conference – having the presenters and panelists on site and providing a live stream online for all participants.
After very warm welcome works from Federal Minister Leonore Gewessler, Deputy Governor of the Tyrolean Regional Government Ingrid Felipe, Mayor of Schwaz Hans Lintner, Chairman of the Federal Association BEM Germany Herrn Kurt Sigl and the Standortagentur Tirol, experts presented new results in the fields of:
- “Electric logistics in Tyrolian valleys and changed distribution processes as future building blocks for resilient economic development”
- „Recycling and the Raw Material Cycle – eMobility thought out“
- „Sector Integration – moved by the sun“
Angelika Rauch moderated the panel on the subject of “Recycling and the raw material cycle” and discussed the legal framework, but also opportunities, risks and wishes for the future with six experts.
More than ever, goods distribution, battery development and sector integration are topics for the development of tomorrow’s mobility. The BieM4Future Tirol 2020 was jointly organized by the Federal Initiative for eMobility Austria (BieM) and the Standortagentur Tirol.
