Green City Hubs

The research project ,GreenCityHubs' develops a concept of sustainable inner-city delivery logistics using inner-city distribution centers (City Hubs) and alternative fueled vehicles. The problem is addressed from the technical, urban planning and transit oriented of view. This explicitly interdisciplinary research approach should lead to an economically, socially and ecologically balanced result, which will be evaluated by metrics of delivery service, economics, energy usage, and environmental emissions.
